Buy Now vs. žádost o koupi a kdy je nákup závazný.
What buy now is
Some lots offer Buy Now — a fixed USD price to purchase without waiting for the live auction. On GetCars that is Buy now or Request purchase, depending on the recommendation.
After approval (or immediately on recommended cars) the purchase is binding. We open a business case and buy the vehicle for you.
Immediate vs request

The lot shows the USD price. You confirm it in the dialog. You still need an active deposit and enough bidding power (the Buy Now price counts toward the cap).
Purchase request
While the request is pending:
- you cannot send a second buy-now request on the same car,
- it uses plan limits,
- status: Purchase request waiting for GetCars approval.
After approval the purchase is binding and we execute it. After rejection the limit frees and no purchase happens.
If you already have a pending buy-now request on the vehicle, wait or cancel it first. You cannot place a new prebid across that block — the site will tell you.
Estimated total
Buy Now is the auction vehicle price, not keys in Prague. Shipping, duty, VAT, and fees are in the lot calculator and later on invoices. The indicative grand total is the estimated total price.
When buy now makes sense
- You want the car for sure and do not want to wait for the live sale.
- The Buy Now price looks better than a likely auction result.
- On a check badge, still wait for our approval — do not rush a bad title.
